Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, submitting an inquiry, or engaging the services of Samruddhi Photography, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all transactions, communications, and deliverables between the Client and the Studio, ensuring a transparent and professional working relationship.

All photography services—including but not limited to portrait, wedding, editorial, and event coverage—are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer. The Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate any booking that conflicts with the ethical standards or artistic direction of the brand.

• Booking confirmations are final upon written acknowledgment by both parties.
• Session dates are reserved exclusively for the Client upon retainer clearance.
• The Studio is not liable for events outside its control that prevent session completion.

A non-refundable retainer—typically 40% of the total package value—is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session. Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer and secure digital payment gateways.

We understand that circumstances change. Should you need to reschedule, please provide notice at least 14 days in advance. The retainer may be transferred to a new date within six months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the session forfeit the full retainer.

• Rescheduling requests are honored once without additional charge.
• Subsequent rescheduling may incur a new retainer.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations, except at the sole discretion of the Studio.

All photographic works produced by Samruddhi Photography remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Studio, protected under applicable copyright law. The Client receives a personal-use license for delivered images and may not reproduce, sell, alter, or distribute images for commercial gain without prior written consent.

• Social media sharing is permitted with proper credit to @samruddhiphotography.
• Commercial or editorial usage requires a separate licensing agreement.
• Unedited, raw, or unselected images will not be released under any circumstances.

Final edited images are delivered via a secure, private online gallery within 4 to 6 weeks of the session date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Expedited editing is available as an add-on service. The Studio exercises full artistic discretion in the selection, editing, color grading, and final presentation of all delivered work.

The Studio expects all clients, guests, and vendors present at a session to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and regard for the art being created. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary location permits and providing accurate event timelines. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may be subject to overtime charges or session truncation.

Samruddhi Photography maintains comprehensive equipment backup and data storage protocols. However, in the unlikely event of technical failure, data corruption, or unforeseen loss of images, the Studio's liability is strictly limited to the refund of fees paid for the affected service. The Studio is not responsible for lost profits, emotional distress, or consequential damages arising from such events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Samruddhi Photography operates. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
